We can't think of one special occasion in India at which the laddoo is not on the menu! Laddoo is the most favourite sweet for every age. Let's learn how to make coconut laddoo with jaggery. Ingredients : Ghee - 1 tbs Grated coconut - 2 cups Cardamom powder - 1 tbs Jaggery - 1 cup Water - 1 glass Method : Step 1 : Heat 1 tbs of ghee in a pan and add the grated coconut. Saute it for 10 to 15 mins on a low flame until the moisture evaporates and the colour of the coconut changes. Turn off the gas and keep it aside. Step 2 : Add the jaggery and water to a kadai and boil it on a low flame till the jaggery completely melts. Step 3 : Add the coconut and cardamom powder to the jaggery. Cook until the coconut mix well in jaggery and the mixture becomes thick. Turn off the gas once the water evaporates and let it cool. Step 4 : Apply some ghee on your palms and make round balls with the mixture. Coconut jaggery laddoos are ready to be served.
