Caramel Custard Recipe Caramel Custard is an international favourite. The variation of names is a testament to how far reaching across the globe this favourite dessert really is. Ingredients : Milk - 1/2 litre Eggs - 3 Sugar Butter - 1 tsp Vanilla essence - 1 tsp Nuts and Almonds - small pieces Method : Step 1 : In a container, put milk and sugar. Boil till the milk becomes thick. Turn off the gas. Step 2 : Beat the eggs properly in a bowl and add it with vanilla essence to the milk. Step 3 : In another container, add butter and melt it. Once the butter is melted completely, add 2 tsps of sugar and still it well. Keep stirring till the butter and sugar mix week and get caramelized. Let it cool. Step 4 : Now add the milk mixture to the caramel. Take some water in a container and boil it. Keep a stand in the container n place the entire mixture on it. Cover and keep it for 30 to 40 mins. Step 5 : Turn off the gas and allow it to cool. Put the custard upside down on a plate n garnish it with nuts and Almonds. Delicious caramel custard is ready to be served.
