- Bulletproof coffee
The underlying requirement to stay fit is to avoid all the additional ingredients used to make coffee like – milk and sugar. Bulletproof coffee is the perfect recipe fulfilling this criterion. Purchase freshly ground coffee powder which is now available in all supermarkets, at times, even prepared in front of the customers. Brew a teaspoon of this coffee powder in a cup of hot water. Add a teaspoon of coconut oil or MCT oil to it. You can also add a teaspoon of unsalted butter to get the creamy texture. - Coffee smoothie
Smoothies are one of the quick, easy and healthy recipes that can be added to your breakfast. In a blender, add cubes of one frozen banana, one spoon of coffee or cocoa powder, one spoon of homemade peanut butter, a little amount of toned milk or yogurt, a spoon of wild honey, a spoon of chia seeds preferably soaked the previous night and cubes of ice. Blend all the ingredients and your coffee smoothie is ready.
- Protein-rich coffee shake
In this recipe, along with coffee powder, the protein powder that we add also plays an important role. The recipe for homemade protein powder is to dry roast nuts like cashew, peanuts, almond, walnuts etc. and grind them into nice powdery form. Put it in an airtight container and store it for later use as well. In a blender, add a tablespoon of this protein powder, a teaspoon of coffee powder or unsweetened cocoa powder, a spoon of homemade peanut butter, two or three deseeded black dates and a little amount of toned milk or yogurt. You can even add ice cubes, in case you’re a fan of cold coffee. However, just in case you like your coffee served hot, then take all these ingredients in a pan and give it a boil.
