Cloud kitchens save costs on real estate, like rents and interiors, unlike dine-in restaurants which need a prime location and decor to attract customers. Cloud kitchens can also run multiple brands utilising the same kitchen and with the same employees. From a single space, one can run both bakery and a pizza joint. This can lead to more revenue at lesser added costs.

The Covid-19 pandemic has helped in the shift towards delivery-only model for small and large scale restaurants in India. This means that in the months and years ahead, cloud kitchens will only grow and thrive as a business model.
