Preet Sharma is a Certified Yoga Instructor and Mindfulness Coach with over three years of experience.
She has completed her 200-hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) Ashtanga Yoga course, 500-hour RYT course, and 200-hour Carson Rocket Yoga certifications from the International Yoga Alliance. Along with this, she is a Mindfulness Coach.
Since receiving her certifications, Preet has worked at Adiyog Yoga Studio as a Yoga Instructor and at Valor Sports Clinic as an Athlete Yoga Instructor.
With extensive experience in Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa Flow, Preet can help clients of all levels - from beginners to advanced. Due to her mindfulness coaching, she is well-versed in the art of relaxation and breathing methodologies and brings this experience to her sessions.
