Dr Jasleen Kalra Sharma is a Consultant Physiotherapist practising in Dehradun for the past nine years.
With a Masters's degree in Sports Physiotherapy and Hospital Administration, she has treated over 20,000 patients. She has been actively engaged in organizing free health camps to spread physiotherapy awareness, especially among women, as the majority of them need treatment for arthritis and osteoporosis.
Dr Kalra practices the Mulligans Concept, Cupping Therapy, Dry Needling, and many other holistic healing practices. She believes that each individual is different and needs a different approach to treatment based upon their physical and mental state. As a medical practitioner, she says that her core strength is empathy and enthusiasm, which helps her to relate to her patients.
Being an independent medical entrepreneur and as a woman who has faced her fair share of personal challenges, Dr Kalra believes that her strong sense of self-empowerment is reflected in her treatment and transmitted to her patients.
She has been honoured with numerous awards for her tireless services, such as the Pratham Shri Naari Samman Samaroh, the Tejaswini Award, and the Page 3 Award.
