Develop strength, endurance, and flexibility as you go through various yoga techniques such as sun salutations, seated stretches, core work, balances, and backbends. Yoga instructor Ayushi will assist you to explore yoga, activate your muscles, and open your heart.

Ayushi Poddar is a Yoga Teacher and holds a Masters's degree in yogic science. She has been practicing Yoga dedicatedly for the last five years, and has trained people of different age groups. This has provided Ayushi with a synthesis of theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of Yoga.
Ayushi has been the Yoga demonstrator on World Yoga Day for a group of more than a hundred people and actively takes part in Yoga competitions to further improve her understanding of Yoga.
