You are not alone in your PCOS journey. For Polycystic Ovary Syndrome affects 1 out of 5 Indian women.
Some symptoms you might be facing would include irregular or missed periods, heavy bleeding, or pelvic pain. Some of you may have difficulty getting pregnant; or some of you may simply gain weight, have excessive hair growth on the face or body, have hair loss from the head, or suffer from acne.
No matter what your symptom might be, there is a solution. Well-known Spark.Live Yoga expert, Gunjan Kamra, can help you manage your symptoms through certain asanas that can work like magic.
This free workshop is being conducted on 10 October, 7 - 7:30 PM, where Gunjan will show you yoga asanas that you can do at home easily. If you practise these asanas daily, you will notice a significant improvement in your PCOS symptoms, pain, or discomfort. They can also help regulate your menstrual cycles and open up your pelvis.
Remember that feeling low is a usual symptom of PCOS. The opening up of your muscles and pelvis can lead to the release of deeply stored stress in your body, which will lead to an improvement in your mood.
Please carry the following to the workshop:
- Yoga mat
- Water bottle if required
- Towel (optional)
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing

I loved this practice! It was challenging and included a lot of new postures, but somehow I could do most of them. Thank you
