Program Description

In this yoga program, Hina Pujari will be teaching various asanas, pranayama, and meditation. With her experience, Hina can also tailor the program according to any specific concern you may have, such as weight loss, lowering of blood pressure, and so on.

Hina Pujari is a yoga practitioner and instructor. Having done her MA in Yoga from Uttarakhand Open University, she has been actively teaching online classes for the past two years.  Her journey with yoga started during her first pregnancy - when a woman's body goes through massive transformations in a short amount of time. Understanding this, she realised that yoga can be adapted to any age group. This led her to The Study School in Udaipur, where she taught yoga to kids.  This passion led her to start her own institute, Yogaism, where she keeps an open mind and attitude. The classes are open to everyone regardless of age, gender, or any physical concern.  हिना पुजारी एक योग चिकित्सक और प्रशिक्षक हैं, इन्होने उत्तराखंड ओपन यूनिवर्सिटी से योग में एमए किया है इसके बाद वो पिछले 2 वर्षों से ऑनलाइन कक्षाओं में लगातार भाग ले रही हैं। योग के साथ उनकी यात्रा तभी शुरू हो गई थी जब वो पहली बार गर्भवती हुई थी। ऐसा इसलिए हुआ था क्योंकि इस दौरान किसी भी महिला का शरीर कम समय में बड़े पैमाने पर बदलता है। इस बात को वो अच्छे से जानती थीं। योग किसी भी आयु वर्ग के लिए अनुकूलित किया जा सकता है। यही वजह थी वो उदयपुर के द स्टडी स्कूल में गई और उन्होंने वहां बच्चों को योग सिखाया। योग के इस जुनून ने उन्हें अपना संस्थान योगवाद खोलने के लिए अंदर से प्रेरित किया। यहां उनका खुला दिमाग और दृष्टिकोण नजर आता है यही कारण है कि इनकी कक्षाएं किसी भी उम्र, लिंग या शारीरिक चिंता की परवाह किए बिना सभी के लिए हैं।
