Soumya B. Hegde is an ACE (American Council on Exercise) Certified Nutritionist and Fitness Trainer for over three years.
She used to work in the HR department of an IT firm when she gave birth to her son. Following her pregnancy, she gained a lot of weight - she became 86kg - and suffered from low self-esteem and body image issues. This was also the time she was depressed and going through a tough time.
