About SFBT:

SFBT focuses on finding solutions to existing problems rather than spending multiple sessions analyzing the problem in great detail. In today's fast-paced environment, you may not often have lots of time and need results quickly. SFBT helps you achieve this goal.

Unlike other forms of therapy, you may only require 5-8 sessions of SFBT. Sometimes, just one session of SFBT is enough to show a marked improvement in your mental, emotional, and psychological states.

About Psychodynamic Therapy:

About Anoma Modak  

Certified Psychiatric Counselor, SFBT Practitioner, Career Coach, and Psychology Tutor

Anoma Modak is a mental health professional and psychology tutor with over four years of experience. 

Holding a BSc and MSc in Psychology from the University of Calcutta, Anoma has completed certification courses in psychiatric counseling and tele-counseling from the Indian Psychoanalytical Society. She has also been certified as a Cogmed Coach (improving poor working memory) by Pearson and a Career Counselor by the Counselor Council of India. 

She has worked with reputed organizations such as the Techno India Group of Public School and Seva Kendra Calcutta as a Counselor. 

Currently, Anoma is a Visiting Faculty with the IRIIM (Indian Research Institute for Integrated Medicine); a Research and Training Coordinator with the Manav Zameen Foundation; and a Tele-Counselor with the Indian Psychoanalytical Society.
