All of us face ups and downs in our lives. Most of the time, we can deal with difficult situations on our own. But, sometimes, we cannot handle them alone—so we seek the help of family or friends. Sometimes, we even receive unexpected help from strangers and overcome these hurdles. In a few cases, the problem gradually diminishes and disappears, or we become tolerant towards it.
But, what should you do if you realize that you are faced with a problem that you cannot overcome alone or, for various reasons, you feel that you cannot seek help from your near and dear ones? The issue could be financial, medical, legal, interpersonal, or physical. And, especially at a time when the world is under lockdown, and you cannot step out, it is natural to feel disconnected or anxious.
When any problem cannot be overcome, it becomes an Emotional one. Emotional distress, over a period of time, can lead to a withering away of the will to live and the desire to fight it out. That is when you reach out to a Counsellor. Try talking little by little, and you will see a significant difference in the way you approach the problem—and your life.
