Pooja Sunil Dakhawe is a Yoga Protocol Instructor with expertise in Power Yoga Aasana, Pranayam, and Meditation. She obtained her Yoga training certification from the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India.
As a trainer, Pooja is proficient in coaching and developing Yoga and meditation skills of her clients to help them achieve their goals. She has consulted both corporates and individuals on exercise, asanas, breathing techniques, and postures.
Currently, she is associated with the Ministry of AYUSH as a Yoga educator, and is working with M Fitness as a yoga trainer.
