Swati Jawla is a counseling psychologist with over 5 years of experience under her belt. She has done her Master's in Counseling Psychology from Christ University, Bangalore, and her graduation from Ambedkar University, Delhi. Swati believes in fostering deep and meaningful relationships with her clients. Following a person-centered approach, she comes into each session with empathy and unconditional acceptance. She does not believe in the limitations posed by the DSM (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual for Mental Disorders) and the ICD (International Classification of Diseases).  Due to her personal journey with mental illness, she brings a different, empathetic mindset into her therapy. Having understood the key role our thoughts play in our lives, she has studied and got certified as a CBT (Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy) Practitioner, and now hopes to make a difference in people's lives.
