Spark.Live is a live classes platform. We organise skill development courses at very affordable prices. The Spark.Live Learning Series has classes on graphic design, photography, starting a business, soap-making, baking, cookery, content writing, video editing, digital marketing, professional makeup artistry, personal finance, and much more. All these classes are live-streamed on our platform and are taught by subject matter experts.
You can simply go to our Live Classes page and click on any class you like. Please read the details of the class when you book so you know what to expect during the online class. Payments are secure - you can pay through debit or credit card, or through UPI. For any issues with payments, write in to support@spark.live.
You will receive the link to join the class 6 hours prior to the starting time. You will get the link both on email and on WhatsApp. Please join 5 minutes before the specified time.
As soon as you register for a class, you can join a community of students who are participating in that class. Our moderator will be present in the community groups to respond to any questions.
Yes, you will receive a certificate once you complete a class / course. Alongside, we will send you a link to view the class recording and any other study material specified by the teacher.
Every class / course in the Spark.Live Learning Series is conducted by a subject matter expert who has years of experience working in the field. The teachers are vetted by our team. To know more, read up the teacher’s profile when you book a class.
At the end of every class, we have a Q & A session, when you can get your doubts clarified by the teacher. Sometimes, the teacher may give you assignments, which you will have to complete within a stipulated time.
Please check the language of instruction on the class page before you book. Most of our teachers can speak in English and Hindi, but some classes are conducted exclusively in Tamil or Bangla.
Once you complete a class, you will receive a notification via our app to review a class. Alternatively, you can go to your Booking Detail in the Spark.Live app and leave a review.
If you’re unable to attend, you will still receive the video recording link of the class in your email within 72 hours after class / course completion.
We are happy to refund your money if you’re unhappy with a class and your request is genuine. Please write in to support@spark.live if you’d like a refund.
