Program Description

Zumba is a great way to lose weight and stay in shape. It improves heart health, is fun to do, and releases endorphins — which makes you happy. This easy-to-practice Zumba lesson with ace trainer Namrata will offer you the following benefits:

About Namrata Jagtap  

Namrata Jagtap Marchande is a certified fitness instructor with over 12 years of experience. She has trained in pilates and kick-boxing. Namrata has completed the international certification of ZUMBA®️and STRONG BY ZUMBA®️.
