Online Class Details

When it comes to choosing a yoga class, you may get confused between the various different forms of yoga available. To help sort through this confusion, Jithesh V.V. is providing online yoga sessions through Spark.Live combining various traditional and modern forms of yoga.

Traditional forms of yoga, such as Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga, are combined with elements from modern forms such as Power Yoga, Stretch Yoga, and Core Yoga to provide you with a customized yoga class that is tailored to your needs. 

Throughout this program, Jithesh will focus on utilizing the practice of yoga for healing, core strength, stretching, neck and shoulder pain relief, lower back pain relief, and posture correction. 

Through asanas and pranayama, Jithesh will ensure you focus on your breathing and practice mindfulness with every session. Additionally, you will gain a deeper understanding of your body and how to activate different parts for effective healing. 

This package consists of 25 sessions, i.e., one session every day lasting one hour each. This will provide you with a broad overview of yogic asanas and breathwork patterns for complete physical and mental health. 

About Jithesh V.V.

International Yoga and Kalaripayattu Trainer


Jithesh V.V. is a Yoga Trainer with over seven years of teaching experience. He is also a Kalaripayattu Trainer (Vadakkan style) for over 20 years. 

Certified as a yoga trainer from the University of Calicut, he is proficient in coaching and developing yoga and fitness skills of his clients to help them achieve their goals. 

With a passion for yoga, Jithesh is now offering online yoga sessions on Spark.Live for various forms such as:
