Soshith's free Yoga class will consist of preparatory asanas, OM chanting & meditation, and breath-work classes that are energetically sequenced to help you move towards specific mental or physical goals, such as deep relaxation and enhanced athletic performance. 

In addition to this, Sosshith will also teach you the methodology of asanas, and effective breathing techniques to activate your energy, increase your focus, and calm your mind.

About Soshith Mukthav

Soshith Mukthav completed his MSc in Health and Yoga Therapy from the University of Calicut. He is an approved yoga professional by the Ministry of AYUSH (The Ministry of Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy) and NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation), the Government of India.

Soshith has been a part of the yoga community since 2015. His personal journey serves as an inspiration to countless others and informs his compassionate, friendly, and down-to-earth teaching style.

He has been teaching yoga for over 15 years and works with individuals suffering from:
