Our unhealthy lifestyles, lack of sleep, poor nutrition, and life stress all lead to a weakened immune system and increased vulnerability to sickness. In addition to this, stress, more than anything, leads to a breakdown in the body’s ability to defend itself against harmful bacteria and viruses.
The workshop's routine is designed to help you create positive health habits to dramatically improve the quality of your life. Even more, it will increase your energy level and help you create more space in your life so that you can work on what you want and desire.
In addition to that, Covid 19 is another reason for all of us to work on boosting our immunity. In Sital's workshop, you will learn a few simple yoga poses that can boost your immunity during this pandemic.
Sital's online workshop is designed for all, old and young - and is progressive in nature. No equipment is required.
