Sital Tripathy is a certified yoga instructor with over six years of experience. She has completed her Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) 200-hour and 500-hour training from Yoga Alliance International. She has been a member of Yoga Alliance International since 2017.
She has worked with fitness studios such as Adapt Fitness, FitWorks, Golds Gym, Kaizen Fitness, Apple Fitness, Fitness ACE, JW Marriott Hotel, Haute Fitness, and many more! A private and group yoga instructor, Sital has conducted corporate workshops with Ola, Tech Mahindra, Oracle, and many more during International Yoga Alliance Day.
