Mirthula Varshini is an Expressive Arts Practitioner and Therapeutic Movement Facilitator with over seven years of experience. She holds an MSc in Psychology from Riverside Public School, Kotagiri, Tamil Nadu, and a Diploma Certificate in Expressive Art Therapy from The Indian Association of Dance Movement Therapy.
Currently, she is associated with Artsandexpressions as an Expressive Arts Practitioner.
Mirthula has extensive experience of working with individuals diagnosed with autism, cerebral palsy, obsessive compulsive disorders, and hearing and speech impairment. She is offering Counseling, Expressive Art Therapy and Therapeutic Movement sessions depending upon your specific needs and issues of concern.
I'm extremely sorry for totally forgetting the schedule. I have exams coming up, I'm a bit stressed. I wish i could reschedule.
It was told that its an art therapy session but except for making us think for sometime and scribble or draw on a paper and a slideshow on , the session went on with what is the qualification of the speaker and how to go for certification of an art therapist etc. Also Mrithula was occasionally putting her head down and was busy with something while we were meditating. It was not well coordinated and well focused.

Too much of disturbance...host didn't mute everyone...so all kept talking at the same time.
