Sunita Roy Chowdhury is a Clinical Nutritionist and Dietitian with over 35 years of experience.
She is the Founder and Director of Healthy Nudgez, a health and lifestyle blog site. Her expertise lies in nutrition counselling, seminars, workshops, and health awareness programs for professionals in institutions and MNCs.
Sunita was instrumental in starting and developing the Dietary Services Department in Mool Chand KR Hospital in 1990, where she was awarded the 'Meritorious Officer of the Year' award for her efforts. Sunita was also sent to the Republic of Maldives by the Government of India as an ITEC Expert in the year 1993 and has worked at the Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital as well.
In addition to this, Sunita has collaborated with reputed medical institutions such as BL Kapoor Memorial Hospital, Rockland Hospitals, Xceleris Labs, and SampoornMe Feel Alive Private Limited.
Sunita was selected among the '10 Most Promising Clinical Nutritionists and Dietitians - 2019' - awarded by Silicon India.
